Che, At the Marina in Ixtapa. Best in Ixtapa for a romantic dinner under the stars, incredible service and live music, entertainment. Definitely worth the 60-140 peso cab ride from Zihuatanejo (Taxis are more expensive in the late-night hours, but always negotiate as much as possible)
Then head to one of the karaoke bars in town (Zihuatanejo)to sing the night away without even leaving your seat (the mike gets passed around instead), and belt out your favorite spanish and english tunes (though, beware, the english lyrics are not always 100% accurate)
Head to Jungle Pizza (Zihuatanejo) with a group, or for your own after-sun pizza fix… Mexican twists on classic pizza recipes, done to perfection, and served under a thatched roof amidst the sounds of the jungle. The pepper dip and tortillas they start you with is to die for, and a nice change from the regular pico de gallo and chips you get everywhere else.

Puerta del Sol, on the steep road to Playa Ropa in Zihuatanejo) is another good choice for romance… or just good lobster. Impressive table-side presentation: Try one of their infamous flambes or caesar salad for two.

End your night at Mavericks in Ixtapa - a lively, half-outdoor beach bar with a more laid back late-night atmosphere than you`ll find anywhere else in Ixtapa. Sip your night-cap under the stars, while dancing to the better half of popular new music. It`s kind of an industry place, so just ask around at your favorite restaurants; if they like you, the servers will likely give you proper directions.
